Canadian Google fans have been using Chrome, the web browser, for a long time now already, but soon they will get a chance to use Chrome, the Operating System, as it is released on Google's new reference laptop, the Cr-48.
Actually, they won't get a chance so much as have an opportunity to make one, because the only way to get your hands on the Cr-48 is through Google's pilot program, which is not, as such, available to users outside the United States. But then, this is all the Internet we are talking about; enterprising Google Fans will certainly find ways to provide a United States address regardless of where they live. Reality is not a form mailer on a web site.
